Purpose of the service

To apply for the retirement advance electronically without the need to visit the institution.

Steps to apply for a pensioners’ advance

  1. Access to the Foundation’s website. (ww.ssc.gov.jo)
  2. Access to e-services.
  3. In the event that the insured has a previous registration on the site, he must enter the national number for the Jordanian or the personal number for a non-Jordanian in the access code and password field, and if he does not have an account, he must click on the individual registration box.
  4. From the e-services screen, go to Retirees Services, including clicking on the retirees advance request service.
  5. Review the personal data shown on the screen, and enter the governorate and address.
  6. Click on the Next option to go to the application details screen and enter the bank’s monthly obligation and the type of advance, then click on the calculate button  to show you the total amount of the advance and the net amount of the advance after deducting the risk insurance, the date of starting the deduction, as well as the value of the monthly installment.
  7. Click on the Next option to go to the payment data screen and select the payment method, and click on the Next option to go to the documents screen.
  8. Enter the required documents only if requested, and if there is a note on the application that the application is complete, there is no need to attach the documents, and click on the Next option to go to the application submission screen.

9. Click on the acknowledgment, and press the send request button, after that it will appear to you that your request has been received and you will receive an SMS message on your phone.
