Steps to register on the website

1. Access the Social Security Corporation’s website. (ssc.gov.jo)
2. If you have a previous registration on the site, you must access the electronic services, or log in directly via the following link:

https://eservices.ssc.gov.jo/external/login

3. After entering through the link, you must enter the Jordanian national number or the personal number for non-Jordanians and the password, then click on the enter button, and if it is not previously registered, click directly on the option to register individuals.
4. If the option of registering individuals is clicked, the required data will be filled in completely, taking into account entering it with high accuracy.

* When entering the above data, you must enter it with high accuracy, taking into account that the red fields are mandatory and the rest of the fields are optional, as follows:

• Enter the national number as it is on the civil status card (ID card), or the personal number as it is on the card issued by the Ministry of Interior.
• Enter the ID number available behind the Jordanian ID.
• Enter a national number of a relative and specify the kinship link in the next field.
• Specify the international phone code and enter your phone number without zero at the beginning.
• Select the country of residence and academic level, enter the email and then retype it in the next field, and select the bank where your bank account is.
• Enter a password consisting of numbers, letters and symbols of at least 8 digits, for example (asdf*1234), and confirm the same password in the next field.
• Choose the activation method for your account either by phone number or by email.
• Enter the screen icon shown in the image in the box designated for it as it is uppercase and lowercase.
• Press the submit
• A screen appears that includes the verification code to enter the number that arrived to your phone, which consists of (4) digits, then press OK. (Your account becomes active on the site).

5. After completing the registration process, you can log in to your personal account on the Foundation’s website from the field to access the electronic services at the top of the site by clicking on it and entering your national number if you are Jordanian and the personal number for non-Jordanians in the access code and password field that you specified during the registration process.

Note: You can access the institution’s application on smart phones, which is in the name of (Jordanian Social Security) after downloading it from the application store with the access code, which is your national or personal number and the same password that you specified when registering on the website.

6. If you forgot your password, you must click on the Forgot Password box and follow these steps:

• Enter your national number or personal number in the user code field and press the Send button.
• Choose how to send the password by phone number or email.
• After that, you will receive an SMS message on your mobile phone that includes the verification number to enter in the verification code field, and you must enter the new password, taking into account entering a password consisting of numbers, letters and symbols and not less than 8 digits, for example (asdf*1234). and press the Send button.

Note: If your phone number is wrong, you change it, or the email address is incorrect, you can choose Re-register from the same screen to transfer you to the registration screen to update your data.

Note: After completing the registration process and logging into the account, the electronic services will appear to you as shown in the image below:

Warranty Number Inquiry

• Access to the Foundation’s website www.ssc.gov.jo.
• From the list of electronic services, choose the warranty number inquiry service (this service is one of the services that you can use without the need to register on the warranty website), and you can inquire about the warranty number directly through the following link:

https://eservices.ssc.gov.jo/individuals/SearchBySecNo

• The following screen will appear, fill in the required information, specify the beginning of the nationality and click on the Send verification code button.

Note: The ID number is available behind the ID.

• A text message will be sent to your mobile phone if you have a Jordanian number, and this message includes a verification number to enter in the required field and the system will show your insurance number, and a text message will be sent to your e-mail that includes a verification number that you enter in the required field and the system will show your insurance number.
