Request for home care allowance or stop it electronically www.ssc.gov.jo

Purpose of registering for this service

Benefiting from the home care allowance for the insured woman working in the private sector, who benefited from the maternity allowance and was born after 11/8/2020.

  • The insured woman shall be paid a care allowance for six months, and if the care is at home, it shall be paid at the value of (25) dinars per month per child, provided that the wage of the insured subject to the guarantee does not exceed one thousand dinars at the start of maternity leave.
  • The insured woman who wishes to obtain the childcare allowance through the nursery shall provide the nursery owner or her liaison officer with her national number and her national or personal child number if the child is not Jordanian, for the purposes of submitting a request for care allowance to her through the nursery approved by the Insurance Corporation.
  • The payment of the months of care allowance shall be with a ceiling of (6) months after the return of the insured woman to work from maternity leave, and the payment shall be suspended in the event that she stops working, provided that the completion of the payment of care months before the child completes five years, i.e. (60) months of his age.

Steps to apply for home care allowance

  1. Access to the Foundation’s website. (ww.ssc.gov.jo)
  2. 2. If you have a previous registration on the site, you must access the electronic services, or log in directly via the following link:

  1. 3. In the event that the insured woman does not have an account on the Organization’s website, she must first create an account, by reviewing the registration guide and creating an account on the Organization’s website, or directly login via the following link to register:

  1. After the insured enters through the link or electronic services, she must enter her national number if she is Jordanian or her personal number if she is not Jordanian and the password, then press the enter button.

 

  1. From the e-services screen, go to Maternity Services and choose the service (Home Care Request).
  2. Review the personal data shown.
  3. Click on the Next option to go to the application details, enter the child’s national or personal number, and the rest of the data will appear automatically after that, including the child’s nationality, date of birth, child’s name, date of inclusion of the child in the care program, monthly amount due and the date of the first disbursement, then you have to click on the Next button.
  4. Select the payment method (the bank in which your account is located) and the bank branch and click on the Next option to go to the application submission screen.
  5. From the submit request screen, you have to click inside the acknowledgment box and then click on the submit request button.
  6. Click on the Send Order box, and it will show you that your request has been sent.

Important Note:  The insured must send the IBAN number to the social security through the iBank service by communicating by phone with the bank, by reviewing it, through the ATM card or from the ATM, and at any time you can view the banks and their approved channels in sending the IBAN by clicking here.

Third: Stop seeking home care

  2. 2. If you have a previous registration on the site, you must access the electronic services, or log in directly via the following link:

  1. After the insured enters through the link or electronic services, she must enter her national number if she is Jordanian or her personal number if she is not Jordanian and password, then press the enter button.
  2. From the e-services screen, go to Maternity Services and choose the service (Stop Request for Care).
  3. A form (Stop Care Request) will appear to you, and you must enter the child’s national or personal number and press the query  button, then the child’s data will appear to you, and at the same time you will receive the verification code on your phone, and you must enter the verification code in its designated place and press the Send Request button.

Important Notes

  • The insured must send the IBAN number to the social security through the iBank service by communicating by phone with the bank or by reviewing it or through the ATM card or from the ATM, and at any time you can view the banks and their approved channels in sending the IBAN by clicking here.
  • You can access the Foundation’s application on smart phones, which is in the name of (Jordanian Social Security) after downloading it from the application store with the access code, which is your national number and the same password that you specified when registering on the website and submitting a home care request or stopping the care request.
