HOW TO APPLY FOR PAYMENT OF LUMP SUM COMPENSATION ELECTRONICALLY

Purpose of the service

  • Payment of lump sum compensation to non-Jordanians for the cases allowed to be disbursed, which are listed below:
  1. Termination of service of the non-Jordanian insured.
  2. The death of the insured outside his service covered by the guarantee.
  3. It is proved that the permanent natural disability applies to the insured (wholly or partially) outside the service covered by the provisions of the Security Law.
  4. The insured completes the age of old age outside his service covered by the provisions of the law without completing the period required for entitlement to the old-age pension.
  5. End of the service of the single insured and completion of the age of forty.

Note: To apply for lump sum compensation for cases (disability, death, imprisonment) by calling (117117).

Steps to apply for a lump sum

  1. Access to the Foundation’s website. (ww.ssc.gov.jo)
  2. If you have a previous registration on the site, you must access the electronic services, or log in directly via the following link:

  1. In the event that the insured does not have an account on the Organization’s website, it must first create an account, by reviewing the registration guide and creating an account on the Organization’s website, or directly login via the following link to register:

  1. After the insured enters through the link or electronic services, she must enter his national number in case he is Jordanian or his personal number if he is not Jordanian and password, then press the enter button.
  2. From the e-services screen, go to the (lump sum compensation) service and choose the lump sum compensation request.
  3. From the screen that appears, you should review the personal data that appears.
  4. Click on the Next option to go to the details of the application and fill it out, taking into account determining the reason for requesting compensation and entering the serial number of the clearance (Note: The clearance can be obtained electronically from the Income and Sales Tax website).
  5. Select the payment method and the bank to receive the allowance and click on the Next option to go to the required documents.
  6. From the documents screen, you must attach the required documents if requested, then click on the Next option to go to the application submission screen and view the detailed statement and click on the acknowledgment of your access to the terms and conditions.
  7. Click on the Send Order box, then you will receive an SMS message on your phone that includes receiving your order.

Note: You can also submit a lump sum compensation request through the Foundation’s application on smart phones, which is in the name of (Jordanian Social Security), after downloading it from the application store and entering it with the access code, which is your national number and the same password that you specified when registering on the website and submitting the application through it.
