Purpose of the service
For citizens or individual insured persons to obtain a book to whom it may concern without the need to review the institution and the possibility of viewing the book and printing it by the insured or by the party requesting the book.
Steps to apply for a To Whom It May Concern book
- Access to the Foundation’s website. (ww.ssc.gov.jo)
- In the event that the insured or the recipient of the service has a previous registration on the site from the main screen of the institution’s website, enter the electronic services and choose the To Whom It May Concern book service.
- Enter the national number for the Jordanian or the personal number for non-Jordanians, enter the code in the picture, and then click on Request Confirmation Code, then the confirmation code arrives on the mobile phone of the recipient of the service or the insured.
- When you request the confirmation code, you receive a message to your mobile phone, then you must enter the confirmation code in the designated place and view the book and view or print it.
- You can then view the book.
- In the event that the recipient of the service or the insured does not have an account on the website of the institution before first entering the institution’s website, and then entering the electronic services.
- Then click on the individual registration service and create an account on the institution’s website.
Important Note:
- To Whom It May Concern book is an official book for the requesting party, and they can follow the same steps above to view and print the book.
This service can be obtained through the Foundation’s application on the smartphone under the name of (Jordanian Social Security).
